The TERRA-EX is a versatile POE IP audio decoder designed to seamlessly manage and distribute audio across networked environments. It supports a wide range of applications, from background music playback and live or scheduled announcements to VoIP communications and audio recording. By receiving digitised audio streams over a network and converting them into high-quality analogue outputs, the unit ensures flexible integration into existing systems. Optional RS232 and I/O interfaces further enhance its adaptability, making it suitable for both simple and highly customised installations.

Packed with intelligent features, the TERRA-EX includes a built-in scheduler, internal storage capacity, and integrated support for Shoutcast and Icecast streams, offering convenient access to internet radio and broadcast services. A USB interface is also available, providing additional connectivity options. Configuration, control, and real-time monitoring are easily managed through any standard web browser, allowing users to oversee even complex audio environments with efficiency and simplicity.

• Headphones with stereo output (3.5mm mini-jack).
• Audio output: maximum level +5 dB, bandwidth 20 Hz ~ 20 kHz
• Audio and control can be connected to a single CAT5/6 cable
• If POE isn’t available, you can use a 24VDC power supply.
• Support for G.711,G.722,G.726,G.727 and G.729 audio codes, as well as AAC+ codec (decoding).
• Additional storage via RS232 interface or USB
