The Veracity Longspan POE Converter (VLS-1P-C) is designed to deliver outstanding performance by extending both power and bandwidth to IP cameras and network devices across extreme distances using standard Cat 5e or Cat 6 cables. Offering a simple point-to-point installation, it is the perfect solution for upgrading legacy analogue systems, as it supports even single-pair UTP cable without compromise.

With the ability to provide reliable 100BaseT connections up to 800 metres and full 802.3at POE Plus power delivery at distances of up to 600 metres, the Longspan POE Converter ensures unrivalled dependability, even in the most challenging environments. Available in both PoE-equipped and data-only models, it provides the flexibility to suit a wide range of project requirements.

Ideal for sites looking to transition from analogue to IP without replacing existing cabling, the Longspan automatically adapts to single-pair UTP, maintaining stable 10Base-T or 100BaseT connectivity over distances of up to 900 metres. Its innovative expandable mounting system allows up to 24 channels to be fitted within a 1U rack space, while optional rear-mount power supply configurations provide further installation versatility. To guarantee ease of use, POE models are equipped with smart diagnostic LEDs and SafeView™ Display, offering instant visual feedback on available power, link status, and cable diagnostics.
