The C-TEC CA730 Input-Output Module Interface is an advanced addressable device that operates using the C-TEC CAST (Configurable Addressable Smoke and Thermal) analogue protocol. Designed for seamless integration with C-TEC’s CAST fire alarm systems, the CA730 provides reliable control and monitoring of third-party equipment such as door releases, ventilation systems, or fire dampers. This compact and efficient interface module ensures precise communication and responsiveness within the wider fire detection network, offering flexibility in system design and enhanced safety performance.

Cast Input-Output Module Interface Features:

• LPCB is certified according to EN54-17 and 18 while Kiwa Telefication is certified to EN54-13.
• It combines the features of a zone monitor, switch monitor and output device.
• Short-circuit loop isolation on board.
• 5.5mA typical alarm current (1.3mA typical quiescent current) @ 22-40V DC.
• The indicators for loop polling, input errors and relay status.
• Switches up to 1A @ 30V DC or 0.3A @ 125V AC
• Included are volt-free changeover contacts which can be used for triggering roller shutters doors, gas shutoff valves and smoke vents.
• The C-TEC NCP-26 Surface Box or the standard UK double-gang 25mm back box can be mounted on this product (supplied separately).
