The Hikvision Junction Box DS-1280ZJ-S(B) is a box to be used with Hikvision’s bullet cameras. A junction box offers a water-tight space to contain the pigtail leads of the turret camera when mounting externally. We also recommend using a junction box in order to help with achieving the required viewing angle. The junction box should be installed on a flat surface, the maximum load capacity of the bracket is 4.5Kg. If CCTV is used within an outdoor application, a waterproof rubber seal is necessary.
