Description

REX(BLACK), the Ajax radio range extender, increases the reach of the security devices in the system and allows them to communicate with the hub. This intelligent radio range extender allows users to protect multi-story buildings, detached houses, or even production facilities by placing Ajax devices a distance away from the hub. By connecting 5 ReXs, the coverage of the system can be extended to as much 35 km2.

Radio Signal Range Extender integrates devices within a system into a group that is autonomous. If the hub connection is lost, the extender will take full control. ReX can activate its siren if one of the detectors it uses sends out an alarm. This will draw attention to the situation and deter the intruder.

ReX is protected against attacks by software, hardware and exploits thanks to the OS Malevich’s unique operating logic. All ReX communication is encrypted to make signal interception virtually impossible. ReX can continue to protect your home even in a power outage, thanks to the built-in backup battery.
