Description

C-Tec C4 En5429 Multisensor White C4414 Fire Detector has two sensors: one sensor for heat and smoke. The two sensors work independently but combine their signals to create a stronger response against fires that are burning freely. When the heat sensor of the detector detects a rise in temperature, the smoke sensor’s response level is reduced.

The smoke and heat analysis ensures that this detector is not only effective in detecting the most diverse types of fires, but it also reduces false alarms. The multi-sensor detector is therefore the best all around detector. This is especially useful for accommodation such as HMOs and sheltered housing, student residences etc. which are more susceptible to nuisance alerts.

The ActiV range also includes the C4403A1R, which is a rate of rise heat detector, C4403A2, which is a fixed 60degC temperature sensor, C4416, which is an optical smoke detector, and C4403B, which is a fixed 75degC temperature sensor.
